Erin, remarking on Kenny's Xmas gift pack that arrived in the mail for her:
"Kenny, you gave me the best gifts you can give on Christmas: laughter and warmth. Laughter because your shit was funny. And warmth because I burned everything."

Smile for the camera
"So the Marketing department is taking team photos of all the groups at our
company? It's in this room with white backgrounds and lighting and crap. So
I'm there kinda early and then every body else in our group kinda straggles
in. John's last. On his way by Jimmy and me he goes, "This is going to be
done tastefully, yes?"
Then later the photog guy is singling groups of people out, so Joe and I go up
to stage a handshaking event. Joe looks me in the eye and says seriously,
"Don't ruin this for me."
Too much.

Flowers will bloom on the web

Much news has come across the web to me today, and I gotta say, I'm overwhelmed. I've had thoughts about feeds for 6 months, and great ideas coming on strong over the last oh, 5.98 months.
This shirt about sums it all up. http://www.threadless.com/product/543/This_is_not_a_Pipe
I don't have enough money to buy that shirt, not that green is really my color anyway. I hope my idea will change the way people do things, the way they communicate.
I hope Erin is doing alright as well. These are the happiest times really. Happiest of times.

Braces
Erin: So John had braces installed yesterday? Went over to his cube this morning to
see how it went and the kid looks MISERABLE. Super painful, couldn't sleep.
He's bummed.
So the dentist has him hooked up with these weird spacer thingies to prevent
his upper and lower teeth from actually touching. So he can't really chew his
food at all.
So we're all at lunch and John is kinda suffering his way through all the soft
foods he can find.
Silence, then Jimmy announces to the table, "Boy, this food sure is easy to
chew."
John: "I hate everybody."
