When I first joined Twitter in 2006 I foresaw some of the great opportunities for people to use the service (I guess they call it a 'platform' now so I should too, but old habits...) for one another's benefit. When I got stuck in traffic on I-91 N commuting home from my first dictionary publisher job, imagine as I did, I could just barely hope there would one day be a need for a book like this.
