Last night Nikki and I put the bear to bed, put Jon behind a beer, and snuck out for some wintry rock concert. Local newsworthy site, the Academy of Music was the fine venue. It was a sold out show (our tickets were back row, upper balcony) but probably half the seats were empty due to the weather.
It was a great show. Thurston was funny, Lee was awesome and the band rocked. Mark from Pavement joined Kim on bass for most songs and she fronted a bunch of tunes.
